Lacey Howard DO
“I consider practicing as an OB/GYN both a privilege and a blessing. I understand the challenges of women today and seek to provide care for the whole woman: mind, body and spirit.” Dr. Howard has been interested in women’s health from a young age. She was drawn to Obstetrics and Gynecology after witnessing a birth while attending an undergraduate summer surgery program at Baylor College of Medicine. The variety of office practice combined with surgery and delivering babies makes Obstetrics and Gynecology something she loves doing.
Dr. Howard graduated from Bridge Creek High School in Blanchard, Oklahoma. She earned a Bachelor of Science Degree from Southwestern Oklahoma State University in Weatherford graduating Cum Laude. She attended medical school at Oklahoma State University College of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed her OB/GYN residency through the University of Oklahoma School of Community Medicine in Tulsa.
Dr. Howard is a member of Tulsa County Medical Society, Oklahoma State Medical Association, and American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. She is interested in minimally invasive surgery, high risk obstetrics, and preventative medicine. It is her desire to partner with each patient in developing an individualized treatment plan tailored to meet their specific needs and wants. Dr. Howard strives to provide the most up to date, patient-centered care available.
Lacey is married to Dackry Howard who is an Oklahoma State Trooper. They have lived in the Tulsa area for the past 8 years. They have a beautiful baby girl named Hannah and a chocolate lab named Sam. In her free time, Lacey enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, cooking, and being outdoors.
