Tracey Lakin, MD, FACOG

Dr. Lakin was born in Texas. At a young age her family moved to Tulsa where she attended Jenks Elementary and Middle Schools. She graduated from Captain Shreve High School in Shreveport, Louisiana and then attended Baylor University, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in Biology. She attended Louisiana State University Medical School in Shreveport and completed her residency at Parkland Memorial Hospital in Dallas, Texas, where from 2001-2002 she served as Chief Resident.

She is a member of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, Alpha Omega Alpha and the Oklahoma State Medical Association. She is board certified by the American Board of Obstetricians and Gynecologists. Dr. Lakin also served as the Chief of Staff at Hillcrest South from 2025-2026.

Dr. Lakin joined The Women’s Health Group in August of 2002. She has developed countless relationships with patients and their families and has been blessed to have been a part of some of the most significant events during people’s lives. She enjoys building those relationships with her patients starting in their teens, continuing into their reproductive years and then into perimenopause/menopause.

Dr. Lakin cares for low and high-risk pregnancies as well as routine and complex gynecologic issues. She understands and values preventative medicine. She is also skilled in the management of perimenopause and menopause.

Dr. Lakin enjoys spending time with friends and family, travelling, reading and making memories with her husband and kids.
